ReVrb Leader Hubs™ is a combination of assessment, executive coaching, peer group-based action learning and peer coaching. Think of it as a personal board of directors for non-CEO’s. We assemble motivated and achievement-oriented professionals in similar positions from across industry to form a Hub. The Hub is there to provide insight, feedback, support, and — most importantly — accountability.

The Hub meets regularly under the guidance of their assigned facilitator/coach, with an agenda for tackling common challenges, gaining exposure to market-relevant best practices, navigating professional careers, and learning how to become a better leader and a more successful professional. Each Hub member has 1:1 coaching sessions, with an agenda for developing and executing a development plan.

The experience includes…

  • Launch. A StrengthsFinder® assessment, a coaching session, and a development plan.
  • Hub Meetings: In-person sessions where we wrestle with common issues, introduce new ideas and content, facilitate peer coaching, and foster accountability.
  • Ongoing Coaching. Members of our executive Leader Hubs receive additional 1:1 coaching sessions and a second assessment during their full-year program.
  • Online Hub Zone: The activities carry on between meetings via our unique online platform, where we leverage video and interactive engagement for reflection, report out, and curated content. curation.
  • Learning, Social, and Service Events: We host occasional happy hour events and service projects to create connections, foster networking, and give back. We also host speakers and workshops on topics of interest to all of our Hub members and alums.
