Type of Hubs

Executive Hubs – ReVrb Leader Hubs for High Potential Talent

Our “full” program is intended for vital leaders who have been identified as key talent with potential to reach higher levels of leadership, including the C-Suite. Up to 10 leaders with similar levels of responsibility from similar-sized companies across industries are assembled to form a Leader Hub.

Each Hub is led by a certified executive coach, who works individually with each Hub member on his or her development plan at the start of the program. The Hub meets monthly as a group to share best practices and resources on relevant career topics and provide peer coaching to grow leadership capabilities by providing each other insight, feedback, support, and – most importantly – accountability.

Monthly meetings occasionally feature guest speakers, including local leaders who have already reached a chief executive role to provide a “View from the C-Suite” perspectives and advice. Hub members also receive three additional 1:1 coaching sessions with their executive coach/facilitator, one session each quarter. In between, they interact online to continue their learning on our exclusive online social learning platform, Hub Zone. Hub members also gain free or discounted access to Intra-Hub social events, seminars, and service projects to expand experiences, knowledge, and networks.

YP Hubs – ReVrb Leader Hubs for Young Professionals

Our YP Hub is for professionals under 40. A lighter, shorter version of our executive Leader Hubs, it’s intended to help young, achievement-oriented professionals focus on and realize their full career potential. YP Hubs are made up of either internal professionals working in a corporate environment or independent professionals who operate as a solo business or gig worker.

Each participant will complete a StrengthsFinder® assessment followed by an executive coaching session to interpret their results and develop a customized development plan. This is followed by five peer group meetings with roughly 10 other motivated career professionals over three months. Meetings are purposeful and also intentionally social, being at the end of the day with a happy hour feel.

In between, Hub members will keep the learning and connecting via our exclusive online social learning platform, the Hub Zone. The program is capped with a community service project if the Hub so decides.

The program features some content aimed at three key areas that are critical for professional growth and achievement. These topics include:

  • Taking charge of your career or your business if you’re an independent professional.
  • Influencing and getting buy-in for your ideas or your products and services.
  • Being a positive catalyst for change in your organization and the business community.

DIY Hubs

We’ve packaged our Hub methodology and supporting online technology for do-it-yourself internal implementation. Use in conjunction with cohort programs for reinforcement and application or as a stand-alone program to bring professional development to young professionals across the organization. Or, organizations can license just our online technology to add a virtual learning dimension to any program. Do the Hubs yourself or we can facilitate them.
